TUFF immersed electrode steam/hot water boiler uses the conductive propertiesof water and the principle of resistive carrying current to generate steam. Thealternating current is introduced into the drum from the outside through theinsulation device, and water is used as a conductor between each phaseelectrode to reach the other phase electrode. Since water has a certainresistance, heat is directly generated after the current is generated between theelectrodes in the water; the greater the current, the more heat is generated, andthus the more steam is generated. There is no heat accumulation or heattransmission loss during the conversion process, and nearly 100% of theelectrical energy can be converted into heat energy and released into the water.In this way, the boiler evaporation capacity can be controlled by setting theboiler water conductivity and boiler water level, which is safe, green andenvironmentally friendly.
