Our WNS Series fully condensing steam/hot water boilers use low-temperature water to exchange heat with flue gas. This process reduces the flue gas temperature to the point where the water vapor in the gas condenses into liquid water, releasing latent heat of vaporization. The higher the condensation rate, the higher the corresponding boiler efficiency. Check out our parameters for steam boiler and hot water boiler

High-Efficiency Energy-Saving System
To further enhance boiler efficiency and reduce energy waste, we designed an integrated condensing economizer.
Both the economizer and condenser utilize finned tubes as heat exchange tubes. The system employs a partition-type heat exchange principle, where water flows inside the finned tubes and flue gas flows outside. Through convective heat exchange, the system maximizes the absorption of sensible heat from the flue gas and the latent heat released during water vapor condensation, greatly enhancing boiler thermal efficiency and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction.
Key Features
Two-Pass Boiler Body Structure: Reduces system resistance without requiring increased burner power.
Economizer and Condenser Placement: Located at the top of the boiler for efficient heat recovery.
Compact Design: Integrated structure with an aesthetically pleasing appearance, minimal footprint, and space-saving layout.
